Shipping Policy
Express orders that have an air shipment method placed before 1:00PM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. All ground orders will ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments are delivered only on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Damaged Shipments
If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement. Replacements will not be sent after 30 days.
Reshipment Requests / Missing Orders
If tracking for your order shows that it bas been delivered but you have not yet received it please allow 3 business days before contacting us in case the carrier has marked delivery before its actual arrival. Similarly, if the tracking provided shows no update please allow 3 business days before contacting us as sometimes carrier system updates are delayed.
If you never receive your order, please contact us within 30 days and we will coordinate a reshipment for you. Reshipments will not be offered after 30 days.
