Return Policy

We will accept items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note we do not offer returns for international orders. Items will be refunded for the price shown on your order confirmation less any applied discounts. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Free Gifts with Purchase and deluxe samples should be returned if a full order is returned & full refund expected, and / or if your order no longer qualifies for that gift after your return. If these items are not returned, additional deductions on orders or future ordering restrictions may be applied at the discretion of RéVive Skincare. 

For any questions or to request a prepaid return label, please contact RéVive Client Care via email at client_care@reviveskincare.com. We will be happy to return your correspondence via  email within 2 business days. 

Returns / Exchanges Restrictions

Only items purchased through reviveskincare.com may be accepted for a return or exchange. Items purchased from a store location, another online retailer, or outside of the United States will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. We are happy to offer exchanges for an item of equal or lesser value.
